Questions people actually ask.
Still wondering about something? Ring 1300 425 240 and a human will sort you out — 8am–8pm AEST, 7 days.
- What happens to speeds in the evenings?
- Between 7pm and 11pm, everyone's streaming at once and networks get busy. The “typical evening speed” on each plan is what you can actually expect during that window — it's a regulatory figure, not marketing, so we keep it honest. We buy enough capacity that it stays close to the headline number.
- Can I bring my own modem?
- Please do. Any VLAN-capable router will work — we'll tell you whether your connection uses PPPoE or IPoE (it depends on how your line is delivered) and hand you the settings in your portal. No proprietary boxes, no locked firmware.
- What if I move house?
- Tell us the new address and we'll check what it can get. If it's serviceable, we move your plan over — and because there's no contract, there's no relocation fee or sneaky re-sign. If the new place suits a different speed, swap plans while you're at it.
- How does cancelling work?
- You tell us, we cancel it. No exit fees, no retention scripts, no “let me transfer you to the cancellations team”. Your service runs until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and that's that.
- What connection technologies do you support?
- We connect Fibre to the Premises, Fibre to the Node, Fibre to the Curb, Fibre to the Building, Hybrid Fibre Coaxial (cable), Fixed Wireless lines. Pop your address in the checker above and we'll tell you exactly which one your place has — and what speeds it can honestly do.
