- A broadband internet service supplied over the National Broadband Network (NBN) to your premises. Availability and maximum attainable speed depend on the NBN technology at your address (e.g. FTTP, FTTC, FTTN, HFC or fixed wireless).

- Unlimited data, a dynamically allocated IP address, and Australian-based support on 1300 425 240 (8am–8pm AEST, 7 days).
- What's not included
- No hardware is included — this is a BYO modem service. You need a modem/router compatible with your NBN technology type. Voice (phone) services are not included.
- Contract term
- Month-to-month. No lock-in contract, no setup fee, no early termination charge. Cancel any time.

- The speed tier of this plan is 500 Mbps download / 50 Mbps upload. Actual throughput depends on your NBN technology type, line quality, modem and Wi-Fi, in-home wiring and network congestion. If your line cannot reach this tier, we will tell you and offer a lower-tier plan with a refund of the difference, or cancellation without penalty.
